In order to maintain an active account, it is imperative to log in at least once every 3 months. Please note that prolonged inactivity may result in the permanent removal of the account and all its contents.
It is important to emphasize that if the account owner fails to log in before the designated deadline, the account and all of its data will be permanently deleted. Additionally, for security reasons, usernames cannot be recycled, which means that a new account must be created with a unique username. The recovery email and phone number associated with the inactive account will become available again.
We regret to inform you that once an account and its data have been deleted, it is impossible to retrieve them. Therefore, we recommend that you create a new account with a new username to continue using ZigmaSocial’s services.
